Carbon Fiber Bar End Mirrors: Not Your Typical Carbon Fiber

These mirrors are not your standard carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) that use epoxy resin. Instead, Mamba features a special blend of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRTP) that utilizes Polycarbonate, a thermoplastic material, instead.

The mirrors boast excellent impact toughness, thanks to their construction. They consist of two layers of 3K plain weave carbon fiber on the top and bottom, with a reinforced mid-layer of glass fiber that is impregnated throughout with Polycarbonate. This unique design allows the mirrors to be recycled and reused.

Furthermore, the mirrors are coated with a UV-resistant finish, providing long-lasting protection. Remarkably, the mirrors are incredibly thin, with the thinnest point measuring around 4.8mm, depending on the model. This slim profile delivers a tidy, neat, and clean appearance.
